Forgot your Username or Password?

If you know your account URL (i.e: ahealthcare1234.onetouchemr.com), you may use the "Forgot Login?" button located on the bottom right corner of your login page.

Next, you'll toggle to the "I forgot my Username", and indicate if you're a Patient, System User, or the Practice Administrator. If you're a patient, you will need to contact your provider's office and have them resend that information to you. If you're a system user, enter the email address associated with your user profile, and your user name will be sent to you. NOTE: If you, or your Practice Administrator, have not added an email address to the user profile, no user name will be sent. You will need to contact your Practice Administrator and have them provide that to you.

I Forgot My Password!

Toggle to the "I forgot my Password", and indicate if you are a Patient, System User or Practice Administrator. As before, if you're a patient, you will need to contact your provider's office and have them resend that information to you. If you're a system user, enter the email address associated with your user profile, and a password will be sent to you. You may also contact your Practice Administrator and they may reset your password for you. NOTE: If you are not the owner of the account, you may also ask your practice administrator to reset your password.
