Yes. We import demographics, medications, allergies, immunizations, vitals, prior notes and attachments, and in most cases appointments, at no charge. Our team reviews the export and runs a second pass when needed.
How long does the switch take?
The data import typically takes 5–7 business days. The EMR can be live within a few weeks, and practice management and billing in 30–45 days.
What happens to our open balances and claims?
Open balances stay in your current system. Most practices keep it available to finish working existing A/R while new visits are billed from OneTouch.
Will our team be trained?
Yes. Training is role-based, for providers, front desk and billing staff, and our online course library is included with every paid plan.
What if we ever want to leave OneTouch?
Your data is yours. You can export it yourself at no charge using our built-in options, or have our team do a full extraction for a one-time fee based on the size of your database.
