For medical groups · 3–20 providers

One system for your whole group: EMR, AI documentation and billing.

OneTouch EMR gives multi-provider practices a physician-built cloud EMR, an AI Suite that drafts notes and patient summaries, and practice management with an integrated clearinghouse. Or let our billing team handle your claims for you.

  • Give providers their evenings back with AI notes drafted during the visit
  • Keep claims, eligibility and A/R in the same system as the chart
  • One vendor, one login and one support team for every location

ONC certified · HIPAA compliant · Built by a practicing physician

Sound familiar?

Growing groups run into the same three problems.

More providers should mean more revenue. Too often it means more charting, more claims to chase and more systems to manage.

Notes finished at night

Providers see patients all day, then chart from home. It wears people down, and it’s one of the main reasons good clinicians leave.

Claims nobody has time to chase

Denials sit, eligibility gets missed and A/R ages, because the front desk and billing staff are already stretched thin.

Too many systems

An EMR, a separate PM system, a clearinghouse, a scribe tool and a patient portal, each with its own login, contract and support line.

The OneTouch bundle

Everything from check-in to payment, in one place.

Most groups pair the Silver EMR plan with the AI Suite and our PM and billing software. Every piece works from the same patient chart.

Clinical

Cloud EMR

Templates for more than 50 specialties, built by a practicing physician. In a multi-specialty group, each provider charts with their own specialty templates.

  • E-prescribing, including EPCS for controlled substances
  • Integrated eLabs orders and results
  • Telehealth, eFax and Direct Messaging
  • Patient portal and paperless intake
Documentation

AI Suite

Three AI tools that cover the before, during and after of every visit, priced for the whole practice.

  • Pre-Visit Summary: every chart briefed overnight
  • AI Voice Scribe: the note drafted while you talk with the patient
  • After-Visit Summary: a plain-language recap for the patient
  • Works in 11 languages, with no per-note charges

Revenue

PM & billing

Run billing in-house with our software, or hand it to our billing team. Either way, it’s tied to the chart.

  • Integrated clearinghouse
  • Unlimited eClaims and eligibility checks
  • Payment and statement processing
  • Scheduling, check-in and practice reports

Multi-specialty groups

Every provider charts in their own specialty.

Run family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, urology, dermatology and more in one system. Each provider gets their own specialty exam and review-of-systems templates, so no one is stuck charting in someone else’s workflow, and the whole group shares one patient chart, one schedule and one billing system.

Billing, your way

Bill in-house, or let us do it for you.

Some groups have a strong billing team and want better tools. Others would rather not staff one at all. OneTouch supports both.

Bill it yourself

For groups with in-house billing staff

Add our PM and billing software to your EMR plan. Your team works claims, eligibility and payments from the same system providers chart in, so nothing is re-keyed between programs.

  • Integrated clearinghouse with unlimited eClaims
  • Unlimited eligibility verification
  • Payment posting, statements and pre-collections
  • Live PM and billing training for your staff

We bill it for you

For groups that would rather not staff a billing team

Our billing services team runs your revenue cycle from claim creation through appeals, with a dedicated account manager as your one point of contact.

  • Claim coding, creation and submission to all major payers
  • Preventive claim review before anything goes out
  • Proactive follow-up, denial and rejection management
  • Insurance verification, patient billing and A/R management
  • Financial and A/R reporting, plus a patient help desk

Priced as a percentage of insurance collections, from 5% for established groups. No charge on cash-only services.

Group pricing

What the full bundle costs per provider.

Silver EMR, PM and billing software with the integrated clearinghouse, and the AI Suite, together. The AI Suite is priced for the whole practice, so its share per provider drops as you grow.

Switching

Moving a whole group, without starting over.

Changing systems is the part every practice administrator dreads. Here’s how we make it manageable.

1

Plan

We review your providers, locations, workflows and current systems, and recommend the right plan for your group.

2

Migrate

Send us your demographics, insurance and clinical data in standard formats, plus notes and documents. We import it at no extra cost, usually within 5–7 business days.

3

Train

Your team completes role-based courses in OneTouch University while we set up templates, schedules and billing.

4

Go live

Providers start charting, and billing moves over once claims and payers are set up and tested.

Typical timeline: once we receive your data, the import takes 5–7 business days, and the EMR can be up and running within a few weeks. PM and billing usually goes live in 30–45 days. The biggest factor is how quickly your team completes setup and training.

FAQ

Questions practice administrators ask

Which plan is right for a group?

Most groups choose the Silver EMR plan with the AI Suite and our PM and billing software. Silver includes e-prescribing with EPCS, eLabs, eFax, Direct Messaging and telehealth. If you want Dragon Medical dictation, Platinum includes it; if you want PDF Filler, Gold and Platinum include it. Most groups find the AI Suite replaces the need for Dragon.

How are mid-level providers priced?

The Silver EMR plan is the same $149/mo for physicians and mid-level providers. PM and billing software is $300/mo per physician and $200/mo per mid-level provider (NP or PA).

How is the AI Suite priced for a group?

The AI Suite is priced by the number of providers in your practice: $199/mo for 2–3 providers, $399/mo for 4–10 and $699/mo for 11–20, with custom pricing above 20. There are no setup fees and no per-note charges. See AI Suite pricing

Can you handle our billing for us?

Yes. Our billing services team handles claim coding and submission, preventative claim review, follow-up, denials and appeals, insurance verification, patient billing and A/R reporting, with a dedicated account manager as your one point of contact. It’s priced as a percentage of insurance collections, from 5% for established groups, and we’ll recommend the right EMR plan as part of your quote. Billing services are for practices that bill insurance; we don’t offer them for cash-only practices. Request a billing proposal

How long does it take to switch?

The EMR can be up and running within a few weeks of receiving your data from your current system. PM and billing usually goes live in 30–45 days, once payers and claims are set up and tested. The biggest factor is how quickly your team completes setup and training.

Can we bring our data from our current EMR?

Yes, at no extra cost when it’s in standard formats. Patient demographics and insurance can come over as CCR, CCDA or CCD files, or in our spreadsheet template. Medical, surgical, social and family histories, procedures, medications and allergies come over as CCR, CCDA or CCD files. Progress notes and documents can be PDF, text or Word files, and images can be JPEG, PNG or GIF. Once we receive your data, the import usually takes 5–7 business days. Appointment schedules can’t be imported automatically, because there’s no industry standard for them. Other formats may be possible with custom development, quoted separately.

Is training included?

Yes. Every paid plan includes OneTouch University, with role-based courses for providers, front desk and billing staff. About OneTouch University
