Share or book a demo
Send practices to your partner page to watch the demo or book a live one, or register a practice with us directly. Our team follows up quickly.
Get paid monthly
When the practice subscribes, you earn commission on every payment we collect, paid within 30 days after the end of each month.
Your leads are protected. When you register a practice, it’s yours for 90 days, extended by 60 days while a demo or proposal is active. The first partner to register a practice gets the credit.

Example: a 3-provider Gold practice
At 10% for 12 months, you’d earn about
$1,436
in the first year, or a $1,197 bounty. If the practice adds the AI Suite, that’s commissionable too.
Figures are year-one estimates based on list price and 12 paid months. Commission is paid only on subscription revenue OneTouch collects. Final terms are confirmed on approval and set out in your partner agreement.

Partner program questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There’s no fee and no quota for Referral Partners. Apply below, and we’ll confirm your terms once you’re approved.
When and how am I paid?
Commission is paid monthly, within 30 days after the end of the month in which OneTouch collects the client’s payment. It’s based only on subscription revenue we actually collect.
Should I choose 10% or the one-time bounty?
It’s your choice. 10% for 12 months pays more if the client stays the full year. The bounty, equal to one month’s subscription, pays sooner, after the client’s third paid month.
What’s commissionable?
Subscriptions on Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, the OneTouch AI Suite and recurring add-ons. Setup fees, data migration, training, interface fees and usage charges aren’t commissionable.
What happens if a client cancels?
Commission stops when a client cancels or stops paying, because it’s paid only on revenue OneTouch collects.
What about Copper signups?
Copper signups don’t earn commission. If the practice upgrades to Bronze or above within 6 months, you’re paid at the new plan’s rate.
How are my leads protected?
A practice you register is yours for 90 days, extended by 60 days while a demo or proposal is active. The first partner to register a practice gets the credit. Practices already in active conversations with OneTouch don’t qualify.
Do I need to sell or demo the software?
Not as a Referral Partner. Make the introduction, share your partner page or book a demo, and our team handles the rest. Partners who want to run their own demos can ask about the Sales Partner program.
I run a billing company. Will OneTouch go after my clients?
No. We won’t market our own billing or RCM services to clients a billing partner refers to us.
Do I have to disclose that I’m a partner?
Yes. If you promote OneTouch publicly, for example on a website, newsletter, podcast or social media, you need to disclose that you earn a commission. We provide disclosure wording in the partner kit.
Are there marketing rules?
Yes. Partners may not send unsolicited text messages or use autodialers on OneTouch’s behalf. Our forms collect practice information only, never patient information.
Who isn’t eligible?
Laboratories, imaging centers, pharmacies, DME suppliers and hospitals aren’t eligible as paid partners. IPAs, MSOs and ACOs: contact us about member programs.
Is this page my partner agreement?
No. This page describes the program. Your final terms are confirmed on approval and set out in a written partner agreement.
