How switching works

From first call to go-live

1. Plan

We review your providers, locations, specialties and workflows, and set a go-live date around your schedule.

2. Migrate

We review your ModMed export with you, confirm what comes over and import it at no charge, typically in 5–7 business days.

3. Train and go live

Role-based training for providers, front desk and billing staff. The EMR can be live within a few weeks, and practice management and billing in 30–45 days.
